Why PostWharf exists
Most schedulers price per channel and are built for one brand with a content calendar. If you run six, you end up with six tabs and a bill that grows every time you connect an account.
What we build
A publishing layer. You connect the accounts you run, write once, tune per network, and hand the whole thing to a queue that retries, reports back, and re-checks that the post is still there afterwards. Every part of it is reachable from a REST call, a terminal or an AI agent — not just a dashboard.
What we deliberately do not build
Listening, sentiment dashboards, engagement inboxes, follower analytics. They are what pushes the entry price of the incumbents up, and they are not what stops a post going out. We would rather be the piece that reliably publishes.
How we charge
Per workspace, not per channel. A workspace holds as many connected accounts as you like, so adding the seventh account to a brand costs nothing. See pricing.

About the author
Rahul A is the founder of PostWharf and writes everything on the blog. The pieces come out of building the publishing layer itself — the delivery records, the retry rules, the per-network approval queues — so the failure modes described there are ones this product had to handle rather than ones read about elsewhere. Every article is reviewed by him before it goes out, and every claim about what a network's API permits is checked against that network's own documentation.
