Straight answer

PostWharf or Hootsuite?

Where PostWharf wins

  • $67 a month against $99 for a single Hootsuite seat, before you add a second
  • Seats are unlimited — you are never charged for a teammate
  • Built to be driven by an agent, not just a dashboard
  • Delivery receipts and token-expiry warnings as standard

Where Hootsuite wins

  • Hootsuite does social listening, competitor benchmarking and deep analytics. We publish and nothing else.
  • They have enterprise compliance, SSO and procurement paperwork ready. We do not yet.
  • If your problem is reporting to a marketing director, their reports already exist.

We'd rather you picked the right tool than churned in month two. If the right-hand column describes you, buy theirs.

FAQ

Moving from Hootsuite

Not automatically yet. Scheduled posts have to be recreated, which is why most people run both for a week and let the old queue drain rather than migrating in one go.

No. A network can be connected to several tools at once, so you can run both in parallel while you decide. Just don't queue the same post twice.

They stop going out at the end of your paid period. Export your queue first — the API returns everything, and we don't hold your content hostage.

Ask. If you are moving several brands across we would rather have you than the margin on your first two months.
