Register a webhook and PostWharf posts every delivery outcome to you — published, retrying, failed, or removed after publishing. Each is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify it came from us. Webhook reference.

A Webhooks action at the end of a Zap, with the fields mapped from whatever triggered it. There is no app to install and no review to wait out.
One action, not one per network
A Zap runs in a line, which makes it tempting to build one per destination. Do not. Every channel id goes in the same channels array, so five destinations is one action, one Zap task and one post carrying five receipts — rather than five tasks against your plan and five places to look when one of them does not land. It is also the difference between a post that went out everywhere and five posts that mostly did.
