What six brands actually costs
SocialPilot charges per account and paywalls white-label at $100 a month. Thirty channels across six brands, five networks each — the shape most people running more than one account end up with.
| Product | Charges per | Six brands, 30 channels |
|---|---|---|
| PostWharf — Plus | Workspace | $67 / mo · 10 workspaces |
| SocialPilot — Standard | Account | $50 / mo · 15 accounts, 3 users |
| SocialPilot — Premium | Account | $100 / mo · 25 accounts · white-label reports |
| SocialPilot — Ultimate | Account | $200 / mo · 50 accounts |

PostWharf or SocialPilot?
Where PostWharf wins
- Ten workspaces at $67, with unlimited channels in each
- Unlimited channels per workspace instead of a hard account count
- A CLI and an API on every plan; SocialPilot keeps its API for Enterprise
- Delivery receipts and token-expiry warnings
Where SocialPilot wins
- SocialPilot has analytics and an engagement inbox. We only publish.
- They support more client-management workflow than we do today.
- Their $30 Essentials plan is cheap if you genuinely only run seven accounts.
We'd rather you picked the right tool than churned in month two. If the right-hand column describes you, buy theirs.

Moving from SocialPilot
Not automatically yet. Scheduled posts have to be recreated, which is why most people run both for a week and let the old queue drain rather than migrating in one go.
No. A network can be connected to several tools at once, so you can run both in parallel while you decide. Just don't queue the same post twice.
They stop going out at the end of your paid period. Export your queue first — the API returns everything, and we don't hold your content hostage.
Ask. If you are moving several brands across we would rather have you than the margin on your first two months.
