What six brands actually costs
Metricool is the one competitor that also prices per brand. The difference is what they surcharge. Thirty channels across six brands, five networks each — the shape most people running more than one account end up with.
| Product | Charges per | Six brands, 30 channels |
|---|---|---|
| PostWharf — Plus | Workspace | $67 / mo · 10 workspaces, X included |
| Metricool — Starter | Brand | $20–36 / mo billed yearly · 5–10 brands |
| Metricool — Advanced | Brand | $53–159 / mo billed yearly · 15–50 brands |
| Metricool — X add-on | Account | ~$10 / mo per connected X account |
Figures read from each vendor's own public pricing page on 24 September 2026. Plans change — check before you buy.
PostWharf or Metricool?
Where PostWharf wins
- No per-network surcharge — X costs nothing extra here
- A CLI and a REST API on every plan; Metricool keeps its API for Advanced
- Delivery receipts and token-expiry warnings
- LinkedIn works on every plan
Where Metricool wins
- Metricool also prices per brand, so we are not structurally cheaper — we are cheaper on X-heavy setups specifically.
- Metricool has real analytics and competitor tracking. We have none.
- Metricool publishes to every network it lists. Ten of ours publish today.
- If you run few X accounts, Metricool Starter may simply be cheaper than us.
We'd rather you picked the right tool than churned in month two. If the right-hand column describes you, buy theirs.

Moving from Metricool
Not automatically yet. Scheduled posts have to be recreated, which is why most people run both for a week and let the old queue drain rather than migrating in one go.
No. A network can be connected to several tools at once, so you can run both in parallel while you decide. Just don't queue the same post twice.
They stop going out at the end of your paid period. Export your queue first — the API returns everything, and we don't hold your content hostage.
Ask. If you are moving several brands across we would rather have you than the margin on your first two months.
