A posting schedule is a reasonable thing to treat as confidential — it says what you are launching and when. None of these tools has a server to send it to. The arithmetic happens in the page, which is also why there is no signup and no rate limit.
What they will not do
None of them writes copy for you or predicts performance. The caption tool fills a structure from what you type; it does not invent facts about your product, because a tool that invents facts about your product is a liability rather than a shortcut.
