Post to Facebook from Make

Wire Make to one endpoint, then publish or schedule Facebook Page posts, reels and photos from any trigger you already run — with a signed webhook for every delivery.

How it connects

An HTTP module pointed at one endpoint, with delivery receipts coming back as webhooks. There is nothing to install on the Make side and no per-network module to configure — Facebook is a channel id in the request body.

A typical Facebook automation

The whole integration is a single HTTP module on the scenario canvas, usually right after the render finishes. Trigger on a finished render, then queue the post rather than publishing it straight away:

Find the channel id once from GET /v1/channels — the one you want carries "platform": "facebook". Text longer than 63,206 characters is refused with a 422 in your hand, rather than accepted and rejected by Facebook minutes later.

Getting the result back

Register a webhook and every delivery outcome is posted to you — published, retrying, failed, or removed after publishing. Each is signed with HMAC-SHA256, so Make can verify it came from us before acting on it. That is the difference between a run that succeeded and a post that landed, and only the second one is worth a notification.

One thing worth setting up correctly

The canvas invites a router with a module per network. One call with every channel id costs fewer operations and leaves you one post to check instead of five scattered across the run history.

What do I need before Facebook will work?
